ON PLACING YOUR ORDER

Once rolled all orders are sent out on next day delivery, so please let us know your contact number when placing your order as this will be required by the courier when your bait is delivered.


ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If any item that you have ordered via our website is temporarily out of stock for any reason, we will do our best to contact you. If we are unable to do so we will ask you to reorder at a later date or offer an alternative product. We hope this will be satisfactory.


POSTAGE

We aim to despatch all orders within five working days. Orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail. Orders from Outside the UK will be dispatched to the customer's requirements. This may however incur additional postal charges. Please ask us for further details before purchase. Please note, some products may incur higher postage charges because of their shape and size.


POSTAGE CHARGES

All weights are approximate and may change in certain circumstances depending on the volume purchased. However, if you are placing an order for multiple items and the postage cost seems too high, please contact us for independent pricing.


RETURNING OF GOODS

We are happy to cancel, exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they are returned to us in original condition and have not been used or altered in any way, within ten working days. Under these circumstances the postal charges will not be refunded. If we have made an error with your order or have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will deal with the problem as quickly as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer.
